Job Title: Administrative & Accounting Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This is a part-time, on-site role working approximately 4 days per week in a manufacturing office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Generate and manage invoices for trucks and related products.
- Prepare and submit payroll information to Paychex.
- Run monthly and quarterly reports from our MRP system (pc/MRP).
- Maintain accurate data and records within internal systems.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with accounting and administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in computer systems (MRP/ERP experience a plus).
- Organized and able to manage recurring deadlines.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
